Why Can’t You Click the "Health Insurance" Button on Fintiba!

If you’ve just verified your identity and are trying to set up your health insurance on Fintiba, you might notice something frustrating: the button is not clickable!

You aren’t alone! I also found the “Health Insurance” and “Bank Account” sections grayed out in the sidebar.

According to Fintiba support, your account is in the “Waiting for Payment” phase. These features only become accessible once your initial payment has been fully completed and processed by the bank.

To get that button working, you simply need to move forward with the money transfer, complete the transfer for your blocked account, and wait for the system to process the funds.

Once the payment is confirmed, the system will automatically unlock the Health Insurance section, and you’ll be able to finish your setup.
